Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Art, Art Education, or related field
• Teaching qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching Visual Arts within an international curriculum, preferably including IGCSE
• Familiarity with IGCSE assessment and moderation.
• Experience with IB assessment and moderation
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well in a multicultural workplace

Responsible for the following:
TEACHING & ASSESSMENT
•Deliver IGCSE Art & Design (Cambridge and/or Edexcel).
•Guide students through Coursework and Externally Set Assignment (ESA).
•Support the full creative process from research to final outcome.
•Prepare and assess work in line with examination board standards.

TEACHING & LEARNING
•Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons.
•Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
•Support progression into IBDP Visual Arts.

STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
•Foster creativity, independence, and visual literacy.
•Support portfolio development.
•Organise extracurricular activities, exhibitions, and competitions.

ENVIRONMENT & COMMUNICATON
•Maintain a safe and inspiring studio environment.
•Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
