Position：ESL teacher for middle/high school
Location:Wuhan city,Hubei province
Start date:August 2024

Main Responsibilities
· Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active English learning experiences.
· Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
· Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and by organizing learning resources and the classroom environment.
·Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
· Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
· Participate in department, school, and parent meetings.
·Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and student needs.
Teaching subjects: IGCSE ESL, General Speaking, Practical Oral English.

Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
-A teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) specifically for ESL.
-Minimum of two years teaching experience in an ESL environment, with a preference for experience in IGCSE or international curricula.
-Native English speaker.
-Strong understanding of the pedagogical theories and practices specific to ESL education and the challenges faced by ESL learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and work effectively with colleagues.
-Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.
