Job Description

Position 1: IGCSE English Literature Teacher
Requirements:
* Native English speakers from the US, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, or Canada;
* Bachelor's degree or above;
* Major in English Literature, English Education, or Linguistics; or hold a teaching qualification such as QTS, PGCE, or a valid state/provincial teaching license;
* Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant high school English teaching experience.
Salary and Benefits:
* Monthly salary: 20,000-25,000 RMB / month (before tax) based on qualifications, degrees, and experience of the candidate.
* Holidays: Chinese public holidays;
* Housing allowance: 5000 RMB per month;
* Airfare allowance: 8,000RMB a year after fulfillment of the one-year contract;
* Performance Bonus: 10% of the year base salary after one-year contract;
* Moving allowance: 2000RMB upon arrival at Sanya;
* Free lunches at the canteen on work days;
* International medical Insurance.

Working Time: Monday to Friday 8:30am---4:30pm; Saturday and Sunday are off work time.
