Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated IGCSE-Lower Secondary Humanities Teacher to join our dynamic international school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous Humanities lessons to lower secondary students, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of the subject. Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Humanities for lower secondary students, aligned with IGCSE curriculum standards.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certification
A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., UK QTS/PGCE, or equivalent national teaching license).

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Humanities, Social Sciences, History, Geography, or a closely related field.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in Humanities at the lower secondary level.

Experience teaching in an international school or multicultural educational setting.

Familiarity with the IGCSE curriculum is highly desirable.
