1. English native speaker is preferred
2. Literature and related professional bachelor degree or above
3. Have a good knowledge of international education and the western culture, with overseas study or working experience is preferred.
4. There are more than 1 year A level and IGCSE teaching experience is preferred
5. Have strong communication skills.faculty, parents and students with good communication.
