The task of IKEA Components within IKEA is to pursue the development of future unique and customer-friendly solutions within fittings and components to the IKEA range. We create substantial cost and quality benefits for IKEA in our development and supply of raw materials, components and fittings. IKEA Components is part of the Inter IKEA group and shares the IKEA vision and values. Our business is global and employs 1500 people based in Sweden, Slovakia and China. Through co-operation with IKEA Purchasing and Logistic areas, we are also represented at several other sites around the world.

Job Description

ASSIGNMENTS

  • Understand business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice and support to HRBP’s, managers and co-workers.
  • Support to HR Manager/HR Business Partner when it comes to HR related administration (for ex HR reports, KPI’s etc) and be the super user for the HR systems and tools.
  • Contribute to secure and verify HR-related compliance with labour laws and internal and external regulations. Take actions in case of deviations or improvement potential
  • Contact person towards the HR Service Centre when it comes to people data, Global View and other people related information
  • Lead specific HR processes or projects from start to end at the specific unit or on a global level.
  • Contribute to the positioning of IKEA as an attractive place to work and the preferred employer in the relevant market
  • Act as a cultural role model in ways that demonstrate the IKEA values

 

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE

  • University degree in HR or equivalent experience
  • Deep knowledge of IKEA Human Resource polices and strategies
  • Deep knowledge of HR processes, e.g work environment, labour law and compensation & benefit
  • Deep understanding of IKEA brand, Culture and Values
