ABOUT US
The task of IKEA Components within IKEA is to pursue the development of future unique and customer-friendly solutions within fittings and components to the IKEA range. We create substantial cost and quality benefits for IKEA in our development and supply of raw materials, components and fittings. IKEA Components is part of the Inter IKEA group and shares the IKEA vision and values. Our business is global and employs 1500 people based in Sweden, Slovakia and China. Through co-operation with IKEA Purchasing and Logistic areas, we are also represented at several other sites around the world.

ASSIGNMENTS:

• Secure reception is timely opened, maintained clean and in professional order.
• Receive all visitors and provide them with all necessary information, refer them to respective persons within the company; receive all phone calls; receive, register and distribute post and emails.
• Provide administrative support for administration staff related to travel arrangements, purchase of the office equipment, services and other operational issues required for reception operation.
• Support HR manager in organization and coordination of staff events, meetings and all other related administration issues.
• Responsible for monthly administrative invoices & payments.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by HR manager.

KNOWLEDGE

• Good practical knowledge of administration
• Advanced PC user, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge in purchasing process and negotiation skills
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
