This position serves as the primary customer liaison between IMR (Intel Module Repair) and its corporate wide customer base - Purchasing, Commodity Management and Intel Factory interface.
The IMR Coordination Technician will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Supports IMR daily business transaction requirements such as processing customer requests, overseeing log-in of incoming/outgoing modules into access database plus shipment of completed modules, coordinating module work flow, purchasing required materials, expediting late orders (as required), coordinating machine down support (as required), and maintaining/updating the IMR web applications.
- Some assistance may be required on IMR metrics such as throughput time, on time delivery and quality trends. consumable/BOM level management and inventory staging optimization.
- Other key responsibilities will include Intel Best Way to Pay content expertise for all purchasing transactions as well as a strong working knowledge of Business Practice Excellence (BPX) Controls and Applications.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess an Associate degree in a Technical or Finance related field of study.
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Supporting a Purchasing, Finance or Logistics related organization.
- Performing data analysis utilizing MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, Power BI.
- Previous experience managing business transactions.
