Job Description
IMS Quality System Manager (m/f/d) Vienna-Austria / fulltime / unlimited Job Summary As Manager Integrated Systems, you will provide leadership in the Integrated Management System in the PM&CC Organization. This will include the coordination and deployment of the Integrated Management System in respect to the requirements of the Eaton Business System and the relevant standards e.g., ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 "quality management systems", ISO 14001 "environmental management systems", ISO 50001 "energy management systems", ISO 45001 “occupational health and safety management systems” and ISO 22301 “business continuity management systems”. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive divisional initiatives to continuously improve the effectiveness of the business processes under the focus of efficiency and customer value. Job Responsibilities Drive, develop and maintain the management system and assure a process-oriented organization Assure that the requirement of relevant standards as ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22301 are fulfilled, and the organization holds the certifications Assure internal requirements of EBS with respect to the tools e.g. OpA, EQMS, MESH ... Support a strategy of developing the PM&CC process model in respect to upcoming future requirements. Plan and execute internal audits and support external audits to demonstrate and ensure the effectiveness of the management system Support the leadership team in performing the management review to evaluate the effectiveness of the management system, helping to determine its continued suitability and adequacy Drive continuous improvement supporting the business processes including best practice sharing within the organization. Maintain the documentation of the management system Support the corporate OpA process as a subject matter expert SME Perform functional trainings to support the development and stability of the management system. Support quality function deployment QFD #LI-AP3 Qualifications Qualifications Electrical engineering education, equivalent technical education or equivalent experience Manager for Management Systems experience Minimum 10 years’ work experience in electrical business and management systems Proven experience in management systems and system certification deep knowledge in relevant standards: e.g., ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 and ISO 22301 etc. Understanding manufacturing processes and techniques Certified manager and auditor for relevant functions and disciplines Very good communication and presentation skills in English and German– both verbal and written Strong experience with registrars and authorities Very good interpersonal skills and proven leadership capabilities Thinking in a creative manner and concurrently focused on problem-solving Ability to define and roll out strategies for business processes #LI-AP3 What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
