职位描述

1. Support manager to coordinate and manage recruitment tasks and indenpently work for specialist positions

2. Manage and cooperate with RPO supplier to make sure good delivery according to timeline in order to meet business targets

3. Be in charge of talent requisition assessment tool and background check for candidates.

4. Maintain and improve recruitment process such as employee on/off boarding, interview process and etc.

5. Help manager to deal with training need analysis, training workshop arrangement and etc.

6. Work with CJLR and JLRC HR ops team and provide employee service to IMSS employee.

7. Work all related IMSS HR reports, data maintenance, talent pool maintenance and etc.

8. Work closely with IMSS HRBP to support on all related reports preparation, data analysis and etc.

任职条件

1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent with minimum of 2 years of extensive HR work experience in multinational companies, sales and marketing organization is preferred

2. A good knowledge and practice on general HR management, especially on talent acquisition, training delivery , HR operations and etc.

3. Good communication and influence skills

ability to communicate with manager level clients, and interact cross-functionally and cross-culturally. Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience. Be able to negotiate with and effectively influences stakeholders.

4. Good data analysis skills to support all related department report, data analysis, data maintenance and etc.
