• assess framework controls for design effectiveness and test it for operating effectiveness
• plan, coordinate and perform testing fieldwork
• close any review points raised through Quality Assurance (QA) review in a timely manner
• agree identified issues and remediation with responsible business stakeholders and present findings
• provide updates to divisional and functional risk managers
• support global reporting, identifying key issues and themes which have arisen from testing
