ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS: Manager installation and maintenance of machinery. Direct and coordinate all machinery, equipment and work orders, start and continued of maintenance, as required, to ensure effective and safe working conditions. Support CNC and strong knowledge in PLC programs, backups and improvement of the parameters. Definition of critical electronic parts. Advanced tools for troubleshooting, administration and control of repair. Electronic equipment-Responsible for PM. Control-Electronic Components Interchangeable. Continued improvements in the programs of the PLC and CNC-quality process. Expert local electronic controls and remote assistance plan. Training of maintenance technicians in CNC and PLC. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area. Promotes the company’s culture by actively supporting ethics and values as well as quality policies. Must be active learning. Increase active principles and deploy lean manufacturing and shop floor. Stop de production if you suspect a problem with quality or dangerous. Proactive & results driven. Qualifications SPECIALIZE KNOWLEDGE: 5 years’ experience in position within the maintenance and controls Knowledge in control systems, (encoders, servomotors, vision systems) Programming PLC, CNC, Drive AC, DC and FANUC, Allen Bradley Repair electronics boards Restoration, data back up and PLC controls internal hard disk. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Ability to train operators to use proper methods, write work instructions, define setup techniques, maintain equipment PM´s and track OEE Ensure Eaton targets are met with respect to standard philosophies and work practices. Strong communication and group presentation skills and comfort with facilitating teams / groups and working with all levels in the organization. Proficient in MS Office toolset.
