Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Executive Schedule and Affairs Management
(1)Responsible for arranging executive schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, and handling external communications to ensure management can focus on core matters efficiently.
(2)Draft and prepare various documents required by management (speeches, PPT, meeting minutes, reports, etc.) and follow up on key action items to ensure closure.
(3)Handle daily administrative tasks and special projects assigned by management.
2. Cross-departmental Coordination and Project Management
(1)Coordinate communication between various internal and external departments to ensure efficient information flow and accurate transmission of decision-making intentions.
(2) Follow up on major projects of concern to management, monitor key milestones, provide timely feedback on risks and issues, and promote project implementation as planned.
2. Internal Operations Insight and Optimization
(1)Gain in-depth understanding of frontline operations, collect operational data and user feedback, assist management in identifying business pain points, and propose suggestions for process optimization.
(2) Participate in the preparation and organization of company-level management meetings, organize meeting resolutions, and promote the implementation of management consensus.
4. External Communication and Brand Image Maintenance
(1) Assist management in handling receptions and communications with important partners (government, partner brands, media, etc.) to maintain the company's external image.(2)Participate in the preparation and on-site support for important business negotiations, signing ceremonies, public events, etc.
Job Requirements:
(1)Bachelor's degree or above, any major accepted; 1-3 years of work experience; outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.
(2)Proficient in Chinese; native English speaker.
(3)Willingness to travel on business.
(4)Position located in Shanghai.
