Job Description

General Mission

职责概述

  • Is responsible for the Pullman promise of proximity and sociability.
    传递铂尔曼的好客和亲切的承诺
  • Recommends the hotel's range of services on offer.
    介绍酒店的设施和服务
  • Assist the manager to responsible for overall supervision, planning, control in serving food and beverages in the all day dining and the in room dining.

协助餐厅经理全面负责监督、计划、控制及协调有关全日制餐厅及客房送餐等工作。

  • Promotes the Pullman brand philosophy through his or her exemplary attitude, behavior and excellent communication skills.
    通过他/她所表现的态度,行为和优秀的沟通力来推广铂尔曼品牌的理念
  • Maintains established par stock for operating supplies to ensure smooth operation.

  要保持足够的存货以确保本部的正常运营。

  • Make frequent suggestions to Management in reference to improvement of general operation, F&B promotions, cost control and profitability.

   给领导提出建议,以提高工作效率,促进销售,并达到增源节支的目的。

  • Establishes control procedures for reconciliation of Cashiering before and after service.

  建立收银调节控制程序,在服务前后,要按此程序来工作。

  • Completes weekly restaurant inspection; checks overall restaurant appearance, the repair of its fixtures, fittings and operating equipment, initiates maintenance request as necessary.

  每周要检查一次餐厅,包括餐厅的外观、灯饰、家具及其它设备。如果需要,填写维修申请单。

  • Responsible for holding daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation with employees.

 负责每天的晨会及每月的交流会,在会议中讨论服务及准备工作等方面的问题。

 

Team Management and Cross-department Responsibilities

  • Modifies working methods to comply with the brand philosophy.

及时调整工作方法以符合品牌理念。

  • Makes sure that all the information available in the restaurant is well presented and up-to-date.
    确保所有在餐厅的信息传达是最新的
  • Trains personnel according to established procedures; conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.

  尽快使新员工熟悉酒店,并对员工进行培训酒店的规章制度。

  • Develops employees' skills and guides them in their professional development.

教授员工工作技巧,并对其进行职业规划。

  • Ensures that the appropriate information is given and received by his/her team, to and from the other  departments.

将其他部门的信息适当的分享给团队。

  • Observes and records employee performance, hence able to make recommendations regarding employee promotions.

  观察并记录员工的工作表现,关心员工的发展,并激发员工去达到目标。

  • Leads and motivates the team to create a good working atmosphere.

带领团队建立良好的工作环境。

  • Prepares the team's training plan and follows up implementation.

准备并落实部门培训计划。

Education/Professional Experience 

教育背景及工作经历

  • High-school diploma to degree, or equivalent (university or specialist hospitality or communications school). Could be open to a typical profile.
    高中毕业或相当于(大学或酒店或传媒学校)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience is essential.
    至少3年的相关经验
  • Knowledge of the hotel environment.
    了解酒店的环境知识
  • Fluent in the national language, basic English and a 3rd language desirable.
    基础英文和本国语言,会第三国语言更佳

  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
