INSPIRE-Front Office

Primary Responsibilities主要职责

  • responsible and accountable, under the direction of the Front Office Manager for the efficient overall day to day operations of the hotel whilst on duty. They are to maintain the highest standard of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Support FOM in the implementation of training programmers, evaluation and motivation of Ambassador in order to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify any ambassador development needs and communicate to FOM.
  • Assist as required/requested with the solving of any guest complaints/upsets.
  • Cross-training in various divisions of the Front Office division.

 

  • 在前厅部经理的指导下将每天的工作以最高的效率完成。保持最高标准的客户服务和客户满意度。
  • 协助前厅部经理执行部门大使对于销售程序及产品价值的培训以完成部门销售指标。
  • 向部门经理提出有助于协调有潜力的大使的职业和个人目标的发展的建议。
  • 协助处理客人的询问和投诉。
  • 需要到前厅部各部门轮岗学习。

 

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Graduation from Hotel Management, English related professional
  • Good knowledge and familiar with all front desk area operation
  • Familiar with Opera and Ving Card system

 

  • 全日制本科(含)以上学历
  • 酒店管理、英语相关专业
  • 熟悉前厅情况及运作
  • 熟悉OPERA 系统和钥匙卡系统
