Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable,under the direction of the Executive Housekeeper for the efficient overall day to day operations of the hotel whilst on duty.There are to maintain the highest standard of guest service and satisfaction.
- Suppport Executive Housekeeper in the implementation of training programmers,evaluation and motivation of Heartist in order to achieve sales objectives.
- Indentify any Heartist development needs and communication to Executive Housekeeper.
- Assist as required/requested with the solving of any guset complaints/upsets.
- Cross-Training in various divisions of the Executive Housekeeper Division.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Graduation from Hotel Management, English related professional.
- Good knowledge and familar with all front desk area operation.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Organizational and training abilities
