KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

主要职能及责任

  • Administer internal vacancies on internal notice board; update vacancy tracking sheets

在内部布告栏上张贴内部空缺职位;定期更新职位空缺表

  • Advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection

为经理提供最好的招聘及筛选办法

  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates applying to the Hotel

确保为应聘者留下正面积极的经历

  • Represent and advertise the Hotel as a fist choice employer at any time

随时都推广酒店作为首选雇主

  • Advertise and manage vacancies on the applicant tracking system per Raffles standards

根据莱佛士标准管理在职位申请系统上的职位空缺

  • Create recruitment advertising per Raffles guidelines

根据莱佛士标准制定招聘广告

  • Screen and shortlist candidates; interview candidates for specific vacancies and on a general basis to create a pool of available candidates when needed

筛选出求职者;根据具体空缺对求职者进行面试,并建立可用人才库

  • Correspond verbally & in writing with candidates for interview invites & follow-up

口头或者书面回应和跟进求职者的职位申请,发出面试邀请

  • Prepare all recruitment material and informational packets, e.g. brochures

准备所有招聘所需材料和信息册,如:宣传册

  • Proactively address vacancies with regard to interviewing and selection, including liaison with relevant departments

对于职位空缺,主动联系求职者进行筛选面试,包括与相关部门进行协调联络

  • Check references on pre-selected candidates at all levels according to Raffles policies

根据莱佛士政策对所有级别的员工在录用前进行背景调查

  • Advise on and organise recruitment trips, ensuring cultural diversity

为保证文化差异,开展和组织异地招聘

  • Source and meet new recruitment consultancies and other suppliers

寻找并联系新招聘顾问和其他招聘机构

  • Attend networking events and trade shows

参加招聘会或其他相关活动

  • Follow industry trends and collect new information to ensure the Hotel stays competitive as an employer

跟随行业导向,收集新信息来确保酒店作为雇主在行业中保持竞争力

  • Maintain filing system for departmental documents, e.g. recruitment report and statistics

管理存档系统保存部门文件,如:招聘数据和报告

  • Follow up the entry and exit process of candidates to ensure that the files are well maintained

跟进候选人的入职及员工离职流程,确保档案完善,并妥善保存

  • Update manning guide daily

每天更新人员配置表格

  • Organise flights, accommodation, transportation and meeting agenda for applicable interview candidates

为参加面试的某些合适求职者安排机票、住宿、交通和面试日程

  • Prepare job descriptions and person specifications

准备职位描述和任职要求

  • Handle recruitment fees and advertising invoices; ensure timely payment

处理招聘费及广告费相关票据,保证及时付款

  • Ensure all departmental expenses are under control and in line with budget

确保所有部门开销都有所控制并在预算内

  • Keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensure managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes

随时参照最新招聘相关法律法规,并确保部门经理都对改变有所了解

  • Handle confidential matter and information with the appropriate level of sensitivity

对机密时间和信息做出相应机密性和敏感度处理

  • Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, security, safety and fire regulations

确保遵守所有健康、卫生安保和消防规定

  • Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Director of Human Resources

根据人力资源总监要求完成其他职责或特殊项目

  • Supervises the attendance system maintain in each department.

监督各部门考勤系统的维护。

  • Process Staff social insurance and housing fund procedure.

负责员工社会保险及公积金手续。

  • Ensure hotel employment contracts are signed in line with hotel policy and government law.

确保员工劳动合同的签订符合酒店政策及法律要求。

  • Monitor Staff attendance records, including Staff leave statistic to ensure Staff leave application form, monthly attendance form and monthly Staff overtime and compensation summary form are consistent and correct and prepare respective monthly reports.

跟踪员工的出勤记录,包括各类假期的统计,确保员工假期单、月底考勤表、每月员工加班补休汇总表的统一并准备月度报告。

  • Follow up closely the end of probation period date and end of contract date.

密切跟踪员工试用期和合同的到期期限。

  • Prepare and submit periodic personnel reports such as the notices for Staff probation complete, labour contract renew, promotion and monthly Staff leave summary etc.

定期准备并上交人事报表、表单、信函,如:员工试用期转正通知、合同续签通知、员工晋升祝贺信函、员工晋升确认函、每月员工假期统计表等。

  • Follow up Personnel Action Form for Staffs.

跟进员工人事变动事宜。

  • Prepare and submit periodic Staff attendance related reports.

定期准备并上交员工考勤相关报告。

  • Monitor and review hotel benefits and compensation and recommend to Assistant T&C Manager of the changes as appropriate.

关注酒店的员工福利和补助情况,如有变化,向人才与文化副经理汇报。

  • Ensure Staff from other cities have temporarily resident certificate and update on time.

确保外地员工办理了员工暂住证并及时更新。

  • Ensure the salary and wages issue for resignation Staff and manage the resignation Staff personal file.

确保离职员工的薪资发放及离职人员档案管理。

  • Counsel Staff salary and wages related questions and other personnel requirement.

对酒店员工进行薪资等相关问题及其他人事咨询。

  • Handling Staff work injury.

处理员工工伤手续。

  • Coordinates functions and activities with other departments.

协调与其他部门的工作和活动。

  • Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Director of Talent & Culture

根据人才与文化总监要求完成其他职责或特殊项目
