INTERIOR DESIGNER 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate about design, creative and keen interest in global design trends, particularly in hospitality.
• Good working knowledge of interior design, details and construction methods.
• Good design sense and presentation skills.
• Handling all related works including interior design concept and presentation.
• Able to handle full set working drawings.
• Team player with the ability to organize own works and meet deadlines, could work independently under tight schedule, and with good communication skills with directors, team members, consultants, clients and contractors. 
• Minimum 3-5 years solid working experience in all phases of design & documentation in interiors projects; hospitality a plus.
• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, or relevant disciplines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Photoshop (Sketch-up, 3-D, InDesign a plus)
• With strong hand sketch perspective drawings skills will be an advantage;
• Good spoken and written English, Putonghua, Cantonese.
• Available immediately is highly preferred.
• Salary will be based on experience.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer.
