Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 4 years’ experience in luxury residential
• Sales experience is preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop & Sketchup, freehand perspectives and sketching is a MUST
• Excellent on detail drawings and able to handle full set of working drawings independently
• Good communicator and strong team player, independent and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership skill and Project co-ordination skills
• Excellent in English and Cantonese, good command in Mandarin is advance
• Hardworking and able to handle multiple tasks
• Immediately available is preferred

Job Duties:

• Handle full set of design presentation (i.e. space planning, conceptual design, sketching, material board and colour perspective drawings), technical drawings with practical details in construction
• Site supervision and coordination with clients, contractors and sub-contractors

Others:

• Salary $21,000 - $40,000
• Commission
• Bank Holidays
