Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and passionate educators on behalf of a reputable international school in Guangzhou and Nanning city . We are looking for professionals committed to delivering high-quality education and upholding strong standards of professionalism in and beyond the classroom.
Position: Upper School Psychology Teachers
Location: Nanning China
Start Date: February or August 2025
Key Responsibilities
•Teach Psychology courses, fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment.
•Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a maximum of 25 teaching periods per week.
•Responsible for maximising the academic progress of the students they teach by delivering the very highest standards of teaching and learning
•Promote a positive, purposeful and professional working atmosphere that encourages cooperation and challenge whilst valuing the contribution that individuals make to the success of the school
•Responsible for fostering positive self-esteem and supportive relationships for all students, founded upon respect and mutual trust
•Promote equality of opportunity for all regardless of race, religion or gender and encourage excellence, resourcefulness and perseverance
•Actively support the vision, culture and policies of the school
•Engage positively in the school Appraisal process and performance management arrangements
•Are committed to safeguarding and to promoting the welfare of children and young people
1.Native English speakers from the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, or Canada.
2.Appropriate degree, with UK PGCE, or other teaching qualification giving QTS
3.Working knowledge of the National Curriculum of England including EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, IGCSE/GCSE and A Levels, as appropriate
4..Experience of teaching relevant phases
5.Evidence of relevant and challenging continuing professional development
6.Minimum two years' teaching experience
7.Be aware and up to date in all relevant safeguarding polices and practice
8.Knowledge and experience of how to use of ICT effectively in promoting student learning
9.Recent and consistent involvement in extracurricular activities
10.Previous experience or knowledge of working with students for whom English is not their first language
1.Salary: 25-35K, based on experience and qualifications.
2.Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance coverage.
