What is IN it for you?

For the Expert Track, as part of the INspire - the Trucks & Buses Experience Program, we are looking for trainees in the area of Engineering alternative drive (f/m/x).

The Expert Track is an alternative to a classical entry position. In the Expert Track you will be working for 36 months in globally connected projects and agile teams. You will be given the freedom to fully bring in your competences and develop your ideas for the future of mobility. As part of our global Expert community you will be given the opportunity to participate in interesting and valuable trainings. It is your chance to shape the future of commercial vehicles. Here are some short insights into your first project IN the Expert Track:

Your first projects starts in your future home area in Mannheim for engineering high voltage systems. Your main task is to develop and improve high voltage components with focus on power electronics. You focus on functional and non-functional requirements and the electrical properties of components.

You will have a lot of responsibility in actively driving your topics forward as well as implementing them. Afterwards you will have the possibility to shape the future of transportation by within three highly relevant projects before returning to your home area.
