Job Description
JD:
?Achieve sales target in terms of volume, gross margin, unit gross margin and Niche product
?Build up strategic partnership with key account customer and key OEM to obtain more business value
?Develop new opportunities with prospective customers independently
?Understand the activity, business and needs of customer, provide sound information and advice on products and service, and to sell and negotiate win-win solutions with customers
?Strictly follow the company HSE standard in daily work
?Ensure all key account plans are in place, and review in a timely manager like weekly meeting, monthly meeting
?Take the end users by direct sales channel, and maintain the cooperation with end users
?Take use SDMS by completing sales reports and submit on time to National Key account Manager
?Take use SDMS, especially for the Business Plan, SPANCO
?Develop sales activities in the responsible area by respecting the company strategies, product mix, sales guidelines and code of conduct
JR:
?Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or other related subjects
?At least 3 years working experience in direct sales in related key sectors and experience and knowledge in lubricants will be a plus
?Strong business negotiation , communication, coordination and implementation abilities
?Strong ability in building and maintaining long term relationship with key customers
?Self-motived, result –oriented ,able to work under pressure, and a good team player
?Good command of reading and written English is preferred
?Willing to take challenges and adaptable to frequent travel
