Job Description:
The Internet of Things Group (IOTG) Portfolio Engineering Post Silicon Validation (PSV) team is chartered to validate IOTG features and products across the Atom, Client, and Server roadmap. PSV is looking for an enthusiastic engineer to join a global team to ensure our devices meet our customers' specifications and use cases. The ideal candidate has a passion for validation, debug, and continuous improvement. In this role responsibilities may include, although not limited to: Creates, defines, and develops system validation environment and test suites. Uses and applies emulation and platform level tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec. Responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures. Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Pre-silicon Validation teams in improving post silicon test content and providing feedback for future on-die debug features.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess a Master of Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience with:

- Product development flow from design to validation to post-Si
- Silicon/Platform validation with strong understanding of different post-Si validation domains -- functional, electrical, PnP, power delivery, Manufacturing, boards, FW/SW
- Stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Candidate should have excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with external customers on platform debug/enabling

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
