This world-leading device company is seeking an experienced IP lawyer to join its Shanghai office. You will assist with implementing a broad range of IP strategies and executing IP operations in China, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating IP applications in and outside China, commercial agreements relating to brand, trademark, and copyright licensing, as well as IP enforcement. Ideally, you are a qualified patent attorney/agent with a degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or physics, along with a minimum of 10 years’ broad IP experience.
