This role brings together strong program management, factory engineering expertise and human performance/instructional design skills in a hybrid role combining both individual technical development and program/project management to create training materials and information resources for factory personnel.

As a Program Manager your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Manage projects and drive customer engagement using strategic planning, project management, human performance analysis, understand complex business problems and identify solutions to close business performance gaps.

  • Have a passion for developing innovative learning solutions which address needs defined by the business.

  • Effectively collaborate with global partners and stakeholders.

  • Design and develop technical training and resources for Fab, Assembly, Wafer Assembly, and Substrate/Packaging engineers based on content from manufacturing experts and independent research of technical matter.

  • Drive and manage implementation planning and effective deployment of the final product.

  • Define and implement the project evaluation plan.

  • Be an engaged Program Manager, lead regular communication and drive accountability for quality and performance to schedule milestones across multiple projects.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field with 1+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field with 7+ years of experience in semiconductor fabrication, assembly process, disaggregated packaging and/or substrate manufacturing knowledge.



Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in the following-

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Foxit.

  • Adult learning, instructional design, and/or Human Performance Analysis.

  • Programming or process modeling (such as Coventor, SEMulator) is a plus.

  • Working within or partnering with factory orgs (Technology Development and/or High Volume Manufacturing) a strong plus.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
