Job Description & Summary

Job Contents:
  • Establish process excellence methodology and tools, and implement them into daily process management
  • Guide and assist X-LoS process owners to standardise process management and initiate process review, sharing and promotion.
  • Assist X-LoS process transition
  • Assist X-LoS process owners to set up process KPI and to evaluate process performance on a regular basis
  • Regularly monitor the effectiveness of key processes and provide process owners the process performance report
  • Engage in internal control and risk management design
  • Design process review plan and conduct regular review to ensure whether the process is performed as required, to provide review report consisting of improvement suggestions.
  • Continuously perfect the process excellence methodologies
  • To drive the process re-engineering management
  • To accept process optimisation demand, analyse and assist to initiate project
  • To collect IT related business requirement and work with Technology Solution team
  • To follow up, manage and review existing process optimisation projects; conduct project evaluation and promotion
  • Establish X-LoS process coordination mechanism and continuously enable X-LoS process owner problem-solving
  • Share and promote the process excellence methodology within SDC
Cultivate colleagues' sense of process excellence and build up the innovation and process excellence culture within SDC
  • Organizing improvement activities effective for team members to including lean and Six Sigma, reduce 7 wastes
  • Edit process documents, standard time ( STD ) set up, standardization operation, to simplify the working procedure
  • Drive lean and Six Sigma BB GB improvement project

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience, including Process

Optimization/Lean/IE/Six Sigma etc, BPO experience will be a plus

  • Experienced in EPROS,CRM,PSM,MBP, SCM, PLM, OA, etc.
  • Black Belt is needed
  • Advanced knowledge of related current tools and processes
  • Strong in data analysis
  • Team management: Have a strong interest in team management
  • Have the ability to manage complex, multiple work-stream projects
  • Familiar with the production emergency treatment method
  • Process acumen, process design and implementation skills
  • Excellent planning and organization coordination ability
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Train, coach, and supervise staff
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
