Job Responsibilities:
1、Acting as a technical communication bridge between the factory and BHTC global companies during technology transfer.
2、Reporting the progress of industrialization execution for technology transfer projects.
3、Ensuring on-time implementation of technology transfer projects.
4、Plan, track, monitor all deliverables about the industrialization technology handover relative inputs and outputs.
5、Organize technology handover workshop and lead the relevant departments to carry out related technology transfer works.
6、Coordinating local resident support for global technology handover.
7、Tracking and monitoring the improvement actions for all pilot run relative issues before C sample (Desgin/Material/Process).
8、Hands up if the technology handover need supports for resolution and avoid putting the global handover project at risk.

Job Requirements:
1、Proficiency in English and German, with basic Chinese communication skills.
2、Priority given to those with majors in Electronic communication, Mechanical Automation or other related Engineering Majors.
3、Prefer the person familiar with automotive display-related processes or with the experience in the automotive industry.
4、Familia with IATF16949/VDA6.3 or relevant Quality system requirements of different Carbrands.
5、Strong sense of responsibility and ability to adapt to irregular overseas technical support.
