Job Description
Define, implement and maintain business processes and procedure to meet business objectives of IPPS
Working with management from different departments (like CS, GPD, DSS, Factory Sales, CFE) to analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvement.
Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvement which drives changes at the local site around the world
Ensure in compliance with customer and company proposed standards
Work with other departments in integration of new and existing end to end IPPS business process
Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities with top down approach
Oversees and assesses existing IPPS processes and workflows from pre sales to onboarding and customer support
Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements
Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs
Build and evaluate financial models for cost estimation and cost reduction for IPPS
Prioritize and execute projects for ongoing IPPS business improvements
Provide technical advice on processing technology, capability, risks, costs.
Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree holder
8-10 years experience in business administration / information systems / business analysis/ project management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to problem solve with excellent attention to detail, experience analyzing large data sets, research and design.
Experience with experimental design in complex business settings
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
