Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the management of whole lifecycle of IPX product, including feasibility research, development, pilot test and service trail, promotion etc.
2. Manage and review IPX product cost, market positioning, product features enhancement and optimization
3. Interface with related internal departments to establish product workflow for new features and assist on business system development
4. Manage the peering with other IPX provides
5. Organize product trainings for sales and consultant team
6. Support Sales/consultant team to promote the IPX service

Qualifications:

1. Degree holder in Telecommunication, Information Technology or equivalent discipline
2. Minimum 5 years solid experience in product development, and 2 years experience in mobile roaming
3. Knowledge and experience in 2G/3G/4G, IP network, IPX/GRX is an advantage
4. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional departments with good negotiation, interpersonal and skills
5. Self-initiated, highly motivated, and result-oriented
6. Good command at spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
