1. Be responsible for incoming material quality control and handling the incoming material deviations;
2. Set up incoming material sampling inspection plan and method according to internal and customer’s requirement. Make sure all material pass through IQC can meet related quality standards;
3. Support raw material quality trouble shooting and analysis with PUQ engineer;
4. Collect and analyze incoming material quality data to drive raw material quality improvement at supplier side;
5. Incoming inspection process optimization;
6. Implement systematic quality methods in IQC, such as control plan, P-FMEA, 8D, etc.;
7. Train IQC inspectors and enhance their competence.

1. Bachelor degree with major in electrical or mechanical related field;
2. Multinational company working experience;
3.  3+ years of quality experience;
4. Good component knowledge, such as plastic, metal, PCB, electronic parts, etc.;
5. Be familiar with raw material measurement and testing method, especially for mechanical parts;
6. Good problem solving skill with deep understanding of 8D method. Be familiar with using quality methods to control and improve raw material quality, such as control plan, P-FMEA, six sigma,7 tools, etc.;
7. Fluent English both in verbal and written;
8. Ability to work independently and under pressure;
9. Good communication skill and team work with a team.
