As a IQC Engineer role you will be responsible for evaluating and improving supplier quality performance, setting up and following up the supplier quality improvement projects, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Quality & Operational Excellence Manager you will be responsible for evaluation and improvement of supplier quality performance.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for evaluation and improvement of supplier quality performance and establishing quality improvement projects for supplier issue from the process and Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP)
• Evaluating and auditing of supplier Quality Management System (QMS), and responsible for monitoring and controlling supplier manufacturing process to ensure supplier providing stable and high-quality products
• Maintaining the data of supplier quality system of ABB group, implementing the requirement from group and providing the reports as requested on time
• Compiling IQC inspection guideline and supplier quality test plan

Your background

• 5 years of working experience related to supplier quality control or management.
• Valid ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 internal auditor. Lean six sigma green belt is preferred
• Good PC Skills in MS office tools such as Word, Excel and Power Point. SAP operator experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
• With high sense of responsibility, good team spirit, strong analytical skills, sharp mind, strong communication ability and willing to work under pressure
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluent oral English speaking is preferred
