职位描述
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working closely with application team leaders and engineers, coordinating with sales, af-tersales and technical service team.
- Directly follow up application service items which in the new sales contract, facing customers and dealing with the issues such as training schedule, training materials, FAC/memo record, training certification sending out and all various request from customers.
- Work close with the customer interaction center and aftersales team, communicate with ex-ternal customers and cooperate with internal customers to arranging the application service, collect-ing relevant reports for the service contracts and warranty activities.
- Driving customer orientation and providing valuable service to customers. Answer telephone and email, responding to questions, ascertaining nature of request and directing accordingly. Quickly and efficiently respond to inquiries and complaints.
- Application products opportunities management with customer, in house sell application products to customer.
- Service quotations and contracts management and AR process.
- Ticket creation and handling. Administration of application engineers’ reports and give rating score according to the reports quality and timeliness.
- SAP monthly handling
- Data collection, collation, processing, updating, recording and compilation of relevant re-ports.
- Local purchase order for Non-Zeiss products which under sales contract and handle manual PR.
- Good team work, self - improvement and challenge constantly
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements / 要求
Education / 教育背景
Bachelor degree
Experience /经验
1) Minimum 1 to 2 years’ working experience in customer service
2) Proficient written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese.
3) Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
4) Communicate effectively with a variety of people.
5) Familiar with dealing with customer relationship.
