Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support high quality after-sales service to satisfy customers 70%
Handle technical inquire and provide instruments installation, de-installation, maintanence, trouble-shooting and repair

Provide effective communication to customer and visiting VIP customers 20%

Handling service quotation, service contract and collect service AR. 10%

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements / 要求
Education / 教育背景
Diploma in science and engineering

Experience /经验
Relevant working experience in development, technology, production or service of medical instrument field
4 years experience in engineering
2 years experience in related field is preferred
