IR (Investor Relations) Manager

Job Description
The candidate will have daily responsibilities including (1) analyzing TSMC and other semiconductor players' financial/stock performance, business strategies and operating conditions, (2) conducting semiconductor/foundry industry analysis, (3) understand analysts' views on TSMC and other semi players, (4) preparing investor conference documents, annual/CSR reports and other internal reports, (5) supporting investor conference logistics and IR website management, (6) understanding TSMC’s shareholder base and nature of its major institutional investors, (7) interacting with institutional investors and sell-side semiconductor analysts, and (8) working on projects deemed useful to enhance the quality of the IR team and to support management decisions.
Qualifications
- MBA Graduate, preferably from top US or UK MBA programs or equivalent
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance or accounting related functions and familiarity with the technology and semiconductor industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail, with ability to analyze and think beyond the “surface level”
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin, with sensitivity to language nuance and choice of words
- Strong Excel, Powerpoint and presentation skills a must
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and build and update complex financial forecast models
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to work with the team and share knowledge with others
- Strong sense of responsibility, dedication and attention to detail
- Must work well under time pressure and do not repeat same mistake
- A quick, proactive and self-motivated learner with a high sense of achievement
- Possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity and ability to be innovative
- Strong professional and personal integrity, discretion, resiliency and character
