IRD Order Taker
You are responsible to co-ordinate all service requirements addressed to Room Service department, Provide an excellent Room service to the guest.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Ensure brand standards are maintained
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for food and beverage
• Must Have good telephone etiquettes and excellent conversation skills.
• Should have good knowledge of Room service menu and ongoing promotions in F&B outlet.
• Be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to guests upon request.
• Pay attention to guest orders, and know the menu thoroughly.
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
