Overall assistance to IRF operation work

Brief Task Description

• To support PD Purchasing team on contract signature and company chop application;

? APAC IRF contracts with MJV plants;

? IRF Supplier General Terms and Conditions;

? Temporary Tax Refund contracts with IRF suppliers;

• To coordinate & work with commodity buyers to collect all required standard RFQ documents;
• To communicate with commodity buyers on the quarterly Postpone Payment and tracking with ECC Finance team to ensure the on time payment;

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent English skill (oral and written)
• Work under pressure
• Be able to work at least 3 days per week
• Detailed oriented and diligent
