#### Position Description:


\- Participate and host investors meetings, conference calls and events
\- Prepare and review of the quarterly and annual earning materials – to
support the preparation and execution of earnings activities
\- Monitor analyst research views/estimates and initiative correction measures
when needed – including Lenovo and global peers
\- Produce monthly sector and peer comparison analysis to highlight key
changes of market views
\- Perform monthly shareholder activity analysis
\- In charge of all investor/analyst queries and prepare monthly request
summary
\- Improve corporate governance practice and report
\- IR website improvement and maintenances
\- Prepare the IR News Alert on breaking news

#### Position Requirements:


\- Bachelor or MBA degree in business related field and degree in technology a
plus
\- At least 5 years of experience in investor relations and/or sell side
research with a good understanding of the sell-side/buy-side fundamentals
\- Solid knowledge in the technology industry
\- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform quantitative and
qualitative analysis
\- Detail-oriented, good at multi-tasking and willing to take initiatives
\- Strong team spirit and a good team player
\- Strong commands of English and an effective communicator in verbal/written
English
