Due to an internal promotion this opportunity has arisen in the IS team.  In this role you support field force activities through administration, monitoring and maintenance of Amgen applications including Veeva, Salesforce and affiliate websites/digital channels. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that applications function and run efficiently

• Act as a second-level technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues

• Involved in training and support of staff, analysis/diagnosis/resolution of application errors, design and development of existing and new applications, testing and implementation of new applications

• Perform Veeva maintenance (such as daily data loads, data change requests and version upgrades) for Veeva Suite of products (incl Veeva PromoMats)

• Assist with all marketing related Veeva CRM functions

• Provide analysis & feedback on status of Veeva support services to ensure adherence to system availability & functionality requirements

• Assist with the vendor management of local Veeva and Salesforce relationships –licensing, managed services, new releases, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree & 2 years of Information Systems experience OR 4 years of Information Systems experience

• Experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud, Salesforce, DocuSign, Web technologies (Sitecore, HTML, CSS) - Veeva and/or Salesforce certifications

• Familiarity / experience with the following technologies and solutions: Cloud, Mobility, Social Media, Analytics, digitization, digital health, reporting and presentation tools, and multi-modal information / data dissemination and presentation

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industry (i.e. Financial Services)

• Experience in sales effectiveness and /or business analysis in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry OR experience in a CRM role preferred

• Exposure to digital product management and API technologies, with coding experience advantageous

• Work rights and residency in Australia required
