• Define and maintain local application portfolio and landscape for each market
• Define and maintain local project portfolio for each market
• Ensure end user support and proper escalation to GLOBLE or NSH Global IS/IT teams
• Ensure IS/IT security and compliance with corporate standards, security rules and IT policies
• Challenge, support, follow up and report on execution of local projects
• Communicate with local market management on corporate IT projects and assist corporate project teams in the local implementations where applicable
• Assist in and oversee definition of local IT budgets in line with Corporate and markets directives
• Follow up and control local IT budget trends and actuals
• Manage efficient implementation and operation of infrastructure in the markets
• Facilitate sharing and use of IT best practices and develop synergies across markets where sensible
• Advise local market management on all IT-related matters to support sustainable growth of the company through optimal use of IT resources

Manage markets technical coordination function and functionally the local Galderma IT staff in markets where they exist.

Technical competencies

Education/Training :

• Degree (University or Engineering School) in Computer Science or Information System or equivalent
  
  Work Experience :

• 5 to 10 years minimum of professional experience in the IS/IT field. A significant experience in the Life Sciences industry would be a plus.

• Very thorough and broad knowledge of and experience in information technology infrastructure, tools and applications

• Demonstrated project and portfolio management skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong relationship management, problem-solving & negotiating skills

• Self-reliant/self-motivated with high degree of accountability and excellent operating skills in a dynamic team environment

• Service orientation and business partnership approach

• Language: fluent in English and Chinese
