Job Description

Digital Project Manager

• Balance the project goal between country and region level, try to harmonize business requirement from multiple business units.
• Cooperate with global IS function and business stakeholders to support the roll out of global solution in China i.e. Beidou library platform project.
• Establish strong relationship with business functions to understand and inspire the true business needs, translate them into project deliverable outcomes.
• Represent IS and meet system quality and compliance requirement for internal or external audit readiness
• Author project deliverable including project charter, change proposal, and project plan
• Manage the execution of projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope and most important project outcome.
• Direct the project members including internal and external consultants/develop resources to build up a joint effort and realize the value of IS team.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

System Owner

• Act as system owner and RAE for Medical systems/solutions in China such as Amgen New Way, Customer Centric Content platform and so on.
• Provide oversight on overall system maintenance and operational activities as well as closely work with Business to define and support system development roadmap.
• Actively monitor system status and performance to ensure the availability and stability of applications/systems.
• Lead the change control, problem solution and issue fix progress and continually seek the opportunity to enhancement and improvement of systems/applications.

Develop the periodically review and disaster recovery plan to ensure the healthy and stable running environment of the systems/applications.
