Responsibilities

End to End enterprise application BUILD and RUN

• Create growth strategies and define governance framework for enterprise platforms
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and how they interact with IT systems.
• Proactively advise and influence business during requirements gathering to ensure decisions lead to a solution that represents business needs.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Work with internal and external IT team on delivery

• Oversees and manages local IS enterprise application projects
• Explore, source and manage vendors
• Interact with vendors and regional/global IS teams

Project Management Focus

• Author project deliverables including project charter, change proposal, and project plan
• Develop or update project plans including the determination of project activities and milestones.
• Manage execution of projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope

People development/management

• Manage direct report to ensure quality and timely project outcome.
• Develop people for further career path.

Research industry and China best practice

 Understand China best practices in the industry as well as Amgen region and global practices to expedite progress and make sound decisions.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experiences.
• Have capability and good track records on enterprise application projects in the roles of Business Analyst.
• Very familiar with medium/small fast-moving projects and can handle larger projects as well.
• Have Strong business acumen. Can demonstrate deep understanding of industry, therapy and product.
• Have experience in relevant industry MNC.
• Great English skill and a good communicator.
