In this role, you have the opportunity to
Provide financial partnership and support to the CT/AMI operations business unit in Israel.
You are responsible for
Budget control for all OPS departments as well as some business costs
Product cost for all products in production as well as support price roadmap for products currently in development (R&D)
Responsible for Inventory overview & control , value adjustments
CAPEX management
Driving Productivity & cost savings funnel management for OPS (including cost of non quality)
Owner of Factory Cost price (local factory view) based upon Philips accounting principles
Monitoring the financial position of the CT/AMI business unit in Israel. Identify risks and opportunities to current financial projections and suggests corrective actions where needed
Supporting business efforts in any finance related issues
Driving and controlling certain aspects of the financial business planning process: strategic review, budget, rolling forecasts, monthly performance reporting
Supporting the CT/AMI business unit in Israel managers with on time data and insights regarding their cost centers financial performance and areas for improvement
Managing monthly analysis versus plan and forecast, and analyzes P&L variances
Performing business cases analysis per requirement
SOX responsible for internal control frame work of Inventories, product costing, value adjustments, cycle counting
Local FP&A contact towards Global Finance community for Haifa organizational unit
You are a part of
The Haifa OPS management team working closely with all the management team on site.
You will direct report to the Head of Finance of DI Systems manufacturing. You will be reporting dotted to the HFA operations leader, who reports to the head of manufacturing systems in the integrated supply chain.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Minimum:
Degree in Economics or Business Administration or other relevant education with a strong emphasis in Economics
At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial related positions in companies with substantial manufacturing
Excellent English Skills and presentation skills
Extensive Excel skills
Preferred:
Experience in Business partnership in a Multinational organization
Wide experience in participating and presenting to senior leadership forums
Experience from Healthcare related industries
Knowledge with SAP system
