Position Description: Role and Responsibilities: • Manage configuration-support requests, submitted by the first line of inbound sales calls, and provide completed quotes for Data Center products to meet customer solution requirements. • Participate on inbound and outbound sales calls and chat experiences to maximize Lenovo revenue and margin performance and exceed overall customer satisfaction (CX) • Assist the eCommerce telesales teams to qualify customer requirements over the phone and via email • Provide general support for the local ISG eCommerce business e.g. help to drive cross sale opportunities and leads with the IDG eCommerce telesales agents • Understand customer datacenter environment and speak intelligently to solution-based selling to address customer pain points and workload requirements • Work closely with inbound, outbound and channel sales teams across Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals, including pipeline follow up and qualification • Maintain weekly customer volume and target attainment: quarterly performance reporting, forecasting and business planning • Possess digital savvy with an eagerness to expand capabilities #### Position Requirements: Position Requirements: • Minimum of 2-3 years proven inbound technical support, with excellent customer communication and negotiation skills. • Fluent Japanese and English language ability Preferred: • Enthusiastic about IT products and a student of a data center and technology • Energetic, self-motivated, proactive • Strong time-management skills, resilient to pressure and adaptable to change • Strong team player that can work across multiple organizations • Possess experience with CRM (Salesforce.com,) and Microsoft Office Suite of products We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
