This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Manages customer issue and utilize problem solving process and tools to address customer issues in a timely manner. Lead 8D analysis & corrective and preventive action process. 
• Write failure analysis reports that summarize the analysis carried out, conclusions drawn and relevance to the issue under investigation.
• Work with cross-functional internal teams to ensure robust, closed loop on customer requests/ requirements.
• Collects and monitors warranty data to track product field quality performance, analyzes the failures and take corrective actions to reduce customer DPPM and warranty cost.
• Lead quality management for PRO Launch NPD project. define the quality targets, quality related deliverables, responsibilities and measurement method, monitor the quality risks of NPD project. 
• Gather historic quality data and improvements suggestions, join the design review process and drive the product design improvement. Works with X-functional teams to deploy AQP process for new product introduction to attain defect free launch. 
• Involve in DFMEA, PFMEA and special characteristics preparation, lead to finish and perform control plan, MSA, safe launch plan, SPC and process capability analysis 

Qualifications

Requirement:

• University graduate, majoring in English or international trade is preferred, but not a must
• Good command of English speaking, reading and writing is a must
• Good PC skills and communication skills

3 years+ related working experience is required
