Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIO

This role mainly focus on GSC (Global Supply Chain) China digital
transformation. GSC BP need to understand whole GSC end to end process, challenges,
IT landscape and drive GSC digital plan realization. Transit all related
business and IT knowledge into IT transformation programs, work with enterprise
IT team to optimize business process and reapply it into whole digital transformation
plans to really help global supply chain improving efficiency and bring value

The major responsibilities will be:

  • Builds and maintains strong
    relationships with business and acts as a liaison between IT services
    teams and the business
  • Manage GSC demand pipeline to
    define & prioritize with GSC BPO
  • Lead digital program/project/initiatives
    delivery following E.IT standard methodology
  • Drive user adaptation on the
    went-live platform to realize real value
  • Manage service escalation and
    streamline the operation process
  • Promotes business projects and
    value to the IT leaders and community
  • Participates in development of
    business strategic planning and leads IT strategic planning
  • Communicates business needs with
    appropriate IT solution center to gain alignment between business needs
    and technical capabilities
  • Gathers high-level business
    requirements and de?nes scope during initial discovery by conducting
    meetings/interviews, and facilitating large group/cross-functional
    sessions with partners
  • Leads in the development of
    business cases requiring IT-based solutions
  • Combines a general knowledge of
    multiple technology areas with knowledge of the targeted business function
    to de?ne and document the business requirements
  • Maintains knowledge of multiple
    business functions and initiatives to identify where con?icts/synergies
    exist between technologies and business functions
  • Ensures alignment with the IT
    solution center

Required skills and experience
  • Analytical
    skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources,
    reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up
    from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish
    presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish
    solution ideas from requirements
  • Facilitation
    skills to lead requirements elicitation workshops
  • Organizational
    skills to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation
    and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information
  • An understanding of contemporary requirements elicitation, analysis,
    specification, verification, and management practices and the ability to apply
    them in practice; familiarity with requirements engineering books and resources
  • An understanding of how to practice requirements engineering according to several software development life cycles in a team environment
  • Knowledge of product management concepts and how enterprise software products are positioned and developed
  • Application domain knowledge is a plus, to have credibility with user representatives and be able to work effectively with them
  • GSC business know-how & digital trend
  • Customer oriented, strong ownership and collaboration. Can lead the team to achieve
    required goal and manage conflict.
  • Good communication and project management skills. PMP certificate is required.
  • Adapt to change environment and can manage conflict
  • Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis
  • Be professional, customer friendly and amenable
  • fluent English
