Job Description

本职位属于外派职位,工作地点在韩国丽水,需要长期在韩国客户方工作,每年可以回国探亲4次,每月有住宿补助和餐补。

要求:有ITO helpdesk/ onsite support 经验,朝鲜族,韩语沟通无障碍,英文读写,有F4签证。


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform hardware and software support of all Birla Carbon end-user laptops and desktops systems, including, but not limited to: software programs, hardware devices, operating systems, audio/video technology, mobile devices, and multi-functional devices. Assist clients in the configuration of mobile and tablet devices such as iOS (iPad/iPhone), and other mobile operating systems. Document problem resolution and close incidents in ticket tracking system, escalate to the appropriate team when needed, and distribute new knowledge with team members and users when appropriate. Responsible for installation and configuration of computer hardware, systems, and applications for new and existing users. Diagnoses and resolves recurring hardware and software faults as needed. Employs existing tools and resources to resolve issues and provide reports. Perform meeting room and conferencing support and assist in presentations involving desktop setup, use of Power Point and other media tools. Handle hardware recommissioning and/or disposal preparation. Supports patching end points and the desktop environment by ensuring best practices are executed. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Desktop Services Support in an Enterprise Environment. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment short distances. Crawl under desks reaching into narrow spaces. Audio acuity adequate to accurately receive information by telephone. Hands on experience supporting Windows 10, and Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite of Applications. Hands on experience supporting Mobile Platforms (iPhones, IPADs, etc) Hands on experience supporting IP Telephony Solid understanding of PC hardware, software installation and configuration. Work under little supervision. Must have a good balance of technical aptitude and customer service skills.
