Responsibility

? Performs the implementation, installation, and operation of IT systems for the organization.

? Implements and monitors IT policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.

? Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware following the Brose standards.

? Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.

? Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.

? Maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.

? Runs IT projects in SAP and IT infrastructure. Is able to coordinate internal resources and external supplier

Qualification

? Computer skills Windows 7/10 and Windows Server 2012 and 2016

? Canon and Kyocera printer maintenance skills

? Knowledge about Active Directory services

? Technical understanding of telephone systems

? Technical understanding of access control systems

? Technical understanding of common hardware as PCs, laptops and servers

? Technical understanding of active and passive network infrastructure

? Familiar with virtual server technology

? Basic knowledge about SAP and emergency systems
