1. Serve as a key member to design and plan overall enterprise architecture by adopting appropriate leading concept and technology for future growth.

2. Contribute to the development of architectural standards, policies and procedures for IT application design and development.

3. Propose solution architecture recommendations to IT management and the business customer.

4. Work with the business and IT teams to ensure appropriate solution strategies are defined to enable the assembly and integration with enterprise architecture for availability, scalability and reliability.

5. Support product owners in development of the strategy and the program/project team in definition of the technical design.

6. Contribute to the development and management of reference architectures.

7. Deliver architecture recommendations based on project requirements and industry best practices, to help solve complex technical problems and ensure the best solutions are implemented wherever possible.

8. Good understanding and vision on new technology trend to ensure effective and appropriate integration with corporate architecture design.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Experience in Auto Industry enterprise IT architecture.

2. Deep understanding of various IT new technologies and appropriate applications.

3. Demonstrable construction skills and actual examples of models (e.g. data, process, timing, business rules) built using Framework for Enterprise Architecture.

4. The ability to analyze functional and non-functional requirements to architect state-of-the-art, well-integrated, and cost-effective conceptual and logical models.

5. The ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders, including infrastructure, data architects, application development, operations, analysts, project managers, and technical leaders, to understand customers business objectives and system requirements.

6. The ability to effectively communicate highly technical aspects of architecture and integration in a customer consulting setting to both technical and business audiences in a written and oral manner.

7. Familiarity with industry trends such as Model Driven Architecture (MDA), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, Micro Service and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) concepts, etc.

8. Ability to model data, process, timing, people, regions and motivation in a tool (such as Metastorm Provision and Microsoft Visio).

9. Good people and commercial sense with rich experience in business engagement.

10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

11. Takes ownership and accountability for assigned work.

12. Ability to manage multiple activities.
