IT Engineer

1. IT相关任务，诸如PC，服务器，软件，网络等

Responsible for the IT related task, e.g. PC, server, software, network, etc.

2. IT相关软硬件的安装及对公司用户提供相应的技术支持

Installation of the IT hardware/software and provide relevant support to users

3. 服务器及数据库的日常维护及管理

Server data maintenance and manage.

4. 内部局域网数据电话线路的维护，排障

Internal LAN and data/telephone cabling maintenance, trouble shooting

5. 广域网（防火墙，VPN系统）及电话交换机系统的日常维护

WAN(firewall & VPN system) and PBX system daily maintenance

6. 打印机，传真机，复印机等办公设备的日常维护及相应的技术支持

OA equipment daily maintenance and support to end-users

7. 执行包括网络安全在内的相关IT策略

Network technical support for engineering project application

8.确保任何软件在授权的情况下使用

To ensure the software will not be used without authorization

9. 管理和控制软件安装，网络及互联网应用

Administrate and control installed software, network and internet application

10. 维护及完善相关IT应用指南文档

Maintenance and perfect IT application guide documents

要求Requirements:

1. IT相关学历或拥有完成以上职责能力的相关证明

IT-related degree qualification and/or other education and training that is at a level which demonstrates

the ability to perform duties comparable to those listed above

2. 至少2年网络系统技术支持经验，包括系统配置，安装，排障及用户支持经验

At least 2 years network support experience – local and wide area network management including system

configuration, setup, troubleshooting, planning, implementation and user support

3. 数据库技术及应用的相关知识

Working knowledge of database technology, utilization and applications

4. 熟悉Ms office应用及Cisco网络设备

Familiar with Microsoft Windows/Office products and Cisco switch

5. 能够使用中英文沟通

Good communication skill both in Chinese and English
