Requirements / Qualifications

2. Driving team success, experience delivering mission critical solutions on schedule by collaborating with other members effectively and efficiently.

3. 7 or more than years of experience in developing commercial software and websites using Java or .NET, good knowledge for other one of the following web development scripting language including JSP, Perl.

4. Good knowledge in Apache, IIS, Tomcat.

5. Expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, Unix, .Net.

6. Hand-on experience in Project and Time Management.

7. Software development process expert in applicable methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

8. Expertise in data modeling, design and manipulation, optimization, best practices, tuning and leading industry trend knowledge.

9. Ability to design and work with complex data models.

10. Expertise in test-driven development and maintenance including techniques for applying best practices for overall project benefit.

11. Strong budgeting/finance skills.

12. Proven expert in partnering and leading internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs.

13. Strong experience with various resource models such as Managed Services and/or Staff Augmentation.

14. Strong knowledge in industry best practices in external resource development.

15. Knowledge in using and developing in applicable toolsets.

16. Ability to interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.

17. Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.

18. Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment.

19. Good people and commercial sense with rich experience in business engagement.
